CHECK OUT

You are kindly requested to vacate the apartment or room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Every hour or fraction of 1 hour after 10 a.m. an additional cost of € 50.00 will be required.

AIR CONDITIONING

Service on request with EXTRA COST. If you decide to use air conditioning that is for every day of your stay.

HEATING

Service on request with EXTRA COST according per consumption:

€ 3.00/hour - Ginestra-Olivo-Mirto-Ciliegio-Vite-Melograno-Cotogno

€ 4.00/hour - Cipresso-Quercia

SWIMMING POOL - starting from 12/04/2025

Opening time: from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE RULES WRITTEN AT THE POOL ENTRANCE GATE

The access to the pool is reserved for guests only and external people are not allowed to enter.

Each apartment has an equipped umbrella available by the pool.

The owner declines all responsibility for accidents that may occur in the pool, for which there is no surveillance staff and we invite adults to watch always over the children.

GARBAGE SORTING - you have the instructions for separation of waste in the apartment

You are kindly requested to collect:

1- Organic

2- Glass

3- Plastic and aluminum

4 - Paper

5 - Non sortable waste

Find the big collectors at the farmhouse under the large pine tree that you find at the end of the car park. You find the sign at the hedge near the car park.

WASHING MACHINE - LAUNDRY

Washing machine - Cost: € 5.00 / wash (5 coins € 1.00 each, you can change coins directly in the laundry. there is a small box above the washing machine.

The washing machine is at your disposal IN THE LAUNDRY, near the restaurant. Find the instructions attached to the washing machine.

In the Laundry you can find IRON (to use with distilled water)and IRONING board . You can take them, use them and bring them back, thank you.

LINEN and EXTRA CLEANING

The change of linen (sheets and towels) without service will be made free of charge for stays of 2 weeks, or on request with extra price:

- double bed €10.00

- single bed €6.00

- 3 size towels in shorter stays €9.00

- swimming pool towel €5.00 each

Daily cleaning on request €25.00/hour or fraction of 1 hour
